Profile and report
Polska · Dataset-specific periods are shown with each indicator.
Country portals
Changing country opens its own geographic and data context. Territory, crop and scenario parameters are not transferred. Availability depends on each country’s release status.
This preliminary version contains selected land, soil and drought indicators, agricultural statistics and dated economic sources. Climate, ET0, vegetation indices and irrigation scenarios are not included.
Administrative map
Dated administrative geometry, simplified only for display. Map selection preserves other filters. The map shows ADM1; the national boundary uses a separate geometry version.
Choose on the map or from this list. Agricultural statistics use a separate statistical territory.

Land and terrain
Cropland area uses WorldCover 2021. Elevation and slope use a digital surface model; this is not a map of crops in 2026. Surface model, not bare-earth terrain; Aggregated to 0.005°; Raw acquisition dates in the register; Boundary area weights are approximate; measured differences and the scope of independent checks are retained in the method register.. 2021 map, not a 2026 crop map; Raw acquisition dates in the register; Boundary area weights are approximate; measured differences and the scope of independent checks are retained in the method register.. Full technical codes and lineage are retained in JSON.

Drought
CDI class shares use the area with valid observations as their denominator. This is CEMS/EDO information, separate from official SMSR/IUNG-PIB results. CDI classes, not a numerical risk score; JRC dry-bias warning for eastern Poland; CDI classes 7 and 8 excluded; Zero-area classes retained; Boundary area weights are approximate; measured differences and the scope of independent checks are retained in the method register.. | Climate / Water balance | Climate and water calculations are not available in this version. Daily time alignment and threshold precision still require a separate method review. You can view admitted land, soil, drought and agricultural statistics in their sections. |
| Vegetation | Vegetation indices and their valid-area figures are withheld while the reflectance processing is reviewed. Land-cover information for 2021 remains available in the land section. |
Further analysis and required inputs
| Task | Available scope | Required next inputs |
|---|---|---|
| Prices and costs | Dated market quotes and energy prices are available in Prices and costs. | Actual contract price, currency, VAT basis, date and farm costs; no price is assumed automatically. |
| Analysis by a bank or another organisation | The report can support territorial analysis. It is not a creditworthiness assessment, lending recommendation or validated banking model. | For a separate scenario: admitted applicant, parcel and portfolio data, a defined decision, a method and independent validation. Private data is excluded from the public portal. |
| Documents and rights | Land rights, abstraction permits and farm eligibility require separate documents. | Evidence of land rights, water permits, irrigation infrastructure, water quality and applicable programme conditions. |

Limitations and conditions
- No overall risk score, probability of default or yield forecast is calculated.
- The ERA5 1991–2020 baseline is incomplete; comparability of all series is unconfirmed. Anomalies are unavailable.
- Land rights, abstraction permits and farm eligibility require separate documents.
- Each indicator retains its own period, unit and coverage. The selected statistical year does not change the dates of climate, satellite or soil layers. Statistics are not redistributed to smaller areas.
- The report can support territorial analysis. It is not a creditworthiness assessment, lending recommendation or validated banking model.
- WorldCover 2021 v200 is not a 2026 crop map. Copernicus GLO90 is a surface model, not a guaranteed bare-earth terrain model.
- SoilGrids 2.0: modelled 1 km means at explicit depths, not laboratory tests. Quantiles are absent. Mean pH describes the map, not chemical mixing. Soil area weights use native ESRI:54052 projected support, not EPSG:3035 areas.
- CDI reports area shares of published classes, not mean codes. JRC's dry model bias warning for eastern Poland is retained. SWI is unavailable.
- IUNG KBW and TerraScore P−ET0 are not automatically comparable. SMSR uses its own potential evapotranspiration method, six-dekad windows, soil categories and crop thresholds. Those thresholds are not applied to our results.
- Import, republication, transfer and commercial reuse conditions for specific IUNG datasets require confirmation. We claim no partnership, government endorsement or replacement of SMSR.
- Contains modified Copernicus Emergency Management Service information [2026]. CEMS information is not an official national early warning.
- This preliminary version contains selected land, soil and drought indicators, agricultural statistics and dated economic sources. Climate, ET0, vegetation indices and irrigation scenarios are not included.
